Onstro Display is the wall-mounted display that shows what’s happening in every room across your office — and lets you book the next one in seconds. Works with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Onstro Workplace.
Onstro Display is built for the everyday friction of meeting rooms — so your team spends time in meetings, not scheduling them.
The color LED bar around the bezel signals room status from anywhere in the corridor. Green for available, red for booked, amber for starting soon. Find an open room without walking into a meeting.
Need a room now? Tap the screen, pick a time, and book it. End early to free it up. Extend if you need more time. No phones, no laptops, no friction — just the room and a touch.
Industrial-grade Android device, ruggedised for 24/7 operation, with PoE+ or Wi-Fi connectivity. Designed to live on a wall for years — not a consumer tablet pretending to.
One small display handles room status, on-the-spot bookings, check-ins, and reporting — purpose-built for the way modern offices actually run.
Real-time status, organiser name, meeting subject, and what’s coming next — all visible at a glance. The Color LED bar around the bezel confirms status from across the corridor.
Find a room available, tap to book it. End your meeting early to release the room. Extend if discussions run on. Auto-release rooms when no one shows up.
Understand how your rooms are actually used — peak hours, no-show rates, average occupancy, room-by-room trends. Right-size your real estate with data, not guesswork.
Match your office identity, control deployment policies, and manage the entire fleet remotely. Your IT team stays in control. Your design team stays happy.
Compact, quiet, mounted at a glance. Onstro Display is at home outside boardrooms, focus rooms, huddle spaces, and reception areas alike.
Wherever people share rooms, Onstro Display makes scheduling easier — from small startups to global enterprises.

Fair allocation and clear visibility of shared spaces. Standardise room use across government offices and agencies.
Onstro Display fits into the tools your team already uses. Start standalone, or connect to the full Onstro Workplace platform when you’re ready.
Onstro Display connects directly to your existing calendar. No new software, no migration, no change management. Meetings booked in Teams, Meet, Outlook, or mobile flow through automatically.
When connected to Onstro Workplace, Onstro Display becomes part of a unified office system — asset management, maintenance planning, room and desk booking and presence analytics all managed in a cloud based workplace operations platform.
A purpose-built Android device — ruggedised, flexibly powered, and remotely manageable. Deploy one outside every room, or roll out across an entire office.
Everything you need to get a room live in minutes.
Enterprise-grade security at every layer — from the hardware to the cloud. Documentation available for your procurement team.
All calendar sync and admin communication runs over TLS-encrypted channels. Nothing leaves the device unprotected.
Calendar credentials are never stored on the device. Authentication happens server-side, with token-based access only.
Full 802.1X support with WPA2 / WPA3 enterprise authentication. Drops cleanly into your existing network policy.
FCC, CE, and RoHS certified. SOC 2 and GDPR documentation available on request for enterprise procurement reviews.

No. Onstro Display works as a fully standalone device with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Onstro Workplace unlocks additional capabilities like asset management, maintenance management, support helpdesk, room and desk booking on floor plans, and cross-office analytics — but it’s entirely optional.
Consumer tablets aren’t built for 24/7 meeting room use. They lack business features like PoE, RGB status LEDs, VESA mounts, and enterprise remote management — and their batteries degrade rapidly under continuous operation, often failing within a year. Onstro Display is purpose-built for this specific job: ruggedised hardware, industrial Android, purpose-built firmware, and remote management across the fleet. Over a three-year deployment, the total cost and reliability win isn’t close.
Yes, indirectly. Onstro Display integrates with Microsoft 365 at the calendar layer (Outlook / Exchange Online). When someone schedules a Teams meeting, the meeting creates a calendar entry — and that entry shows up live on the panel outside the booked room. The same applies to Google Meet bookings that flow through Google Calendar.
Each Onstro Display panel ships with the 8-inch touchscreen device, a VESA 75×75 mounting bracket, a power adapter (for non-PoE installs), mounting hardware, and a quick-start guide. PoE+ cable is not included — we assume your IT team already has the right length for your installation.
Two options. PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) delivers power and network connection through a single cable — the cleanest install for offices with structured cabling. Alternatively, you can use the included DC adapter and connect over Wi-Fi 6, which works well for retrofit installs where running cable isn’t practical.
Every Onstro Display panel is managed remotely from a single admin dashboard. You can push firmware updates, change booking policies, adjust branding, and monitor device health across all panels at once — no site visits required.
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (including Outlook, Exchange Online, and meetings created through Teams or Google Meet) are supported out of the box. Onstro Workplace is also fully integrated. If your team uses a different system, reach out — we can evaluate custom integrations for enterprise deployments.
The panel caches current and upcoming bookings locally and continues to display accurate information during brief outages. Once connectivity is restored, any bookings made from the device sync back automatically. For extended outages, the panel shows a clear offline indicator so users know the display may be behind.
Onstro Display uses TLS-encrypted connections for all calendar sync and admin communication. Calendar credentials are never stored on the device itself — authentication happens server-side. The hardware supports enterprise network auth (802.1X, WPA2/WPA3), and meets FCC, CE, and RoHS compliance standards. Enterprise customers can request additional security documentation during evaluation.
We’re actively expanding what Onstro Display can do across the Onstro Workplace platform. Near-term additions include sensor integration (occupancy detection, air quality monitoring), visitor management, interactive floor plans, and deeper analytics. Enterprise customers can request a detailed roadmap under NDA during evaluation.
